Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Mon–Fri). Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Estimated arrival: 3–7 working days

International Orders
£5 flat rate
Estimated arrival: 5–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, postal services, or seasonal demand. Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched.


International Orders (Customs & Taxes)

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or local taxes.
These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.


Return-to-Sender Policy

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can either resend the order (shipping cost applies) or issue a refund for the product (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.


 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or amended within 3 hours of being placed.

After this, processing may have started and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 48 hours.

Before reaching out, we recommend checking with neighbours, household members, or your local courier.

We’ll do our best to assist and investigate where possible.


Delivery Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to the address entered at checkout.
